Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your bookings, please contact the relevant business provider directly by sending a message.

If your booking is non-refundable you cannot cancel.

If your event has been cancelled, the Business Provider will always email you with all the information you need. You do not need to contact us.

If we don’t have an up to date email address for you, don’t worry! Even if you don’t receive this information, you will still receive a refund.

Tickets purchased by credit or debit card will be refunded in full including the ticket and refundable ticket purchase.

Once your cancellation is accepted by the business owner, you will receive a notification of your cancellation. The amount you will get refunded is dependent on the cancellation policy of the business owner. 

The money will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Death of Immediate Family
Public Transport Failure
Flight disruption
Mechanical Breakdown
Adverse Weather
